1. Carbohydrates are limited under 20 grams per day, maybe 2 weeks. This is most dramatic weight loss occurs.
2. Slowly add nuts, low-carb vegetables and small fruits.
3. When you loss enough weight, you could add more carbs.
4. You can eat health carbs as much as you can until your body could control.

Monday

Lunch: Chicken salad with olive oil, and a handful of nuts.
Dinner: Steak and veggies.
Tuesday
Breakfast: Bacon and eggs.
Lunch: Leftover chicken and veggies from the night before.
Dinner: Cheeseburger (without the bun), with vegetables and butter.
Wednesday
Breakfast: Omelet with veggies, fried in butter.
Lunch: Shrimp salad with some olive oil.
Dinner: Ground beef stir fry, with veggies.
Thursday
Breakfast: Eggs and veggies, fried in coconut oil.

My Own Atkins Diet Menu and Experience (3 Days)
Day1
Breakfast: Omelet with various vegetables, fried in butter.
Lunch: Roast chicken breast with smoked bacon, mushroom and cheese.
Dinner: roast beef with vegetables and fruits

I am very enjoyed the breakfast, it's a good choice for the day start because it contained high protein and fiber. I didn't feel hungry until 12 AM, so I made my lunch which also included high protein, I like it so much because it was full of flavor. I had a big dinner because I haven't take in carbs whole day, the big roast steak makes me feel satisfied, it was a perfect ending for the first day. I had weigh myself before go to bed but seems nothing change from yesterday.
Day2
Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: Grill chicken wings, with some veggies.
Dinner: Lobster with veal and vegetables

I love bacon and eggs, I think it is a perfect combination, I ate some greens after that to add some fiber intakes. I was feel hungry around 12:30. I made grill chicken wings and veggies for lunch, it was so delicious and makes me want have a bowl of rice. I had dinner at my friend's wedding, which was a wonderful wedding and the food also fantastic, I love the lobster and veal steak so much, because during my Atkins diet plan, I couldn't try the dessert after the main course, it was makes me feel a bit upset. However, I lost about 0.5 kg today, it is a good surprise for me.
Day3
Breakfast: Eggs, hum and veggies, fried in olive oil.
Lunch: Salmon with butter and vegetables.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with zucchini

Egg breakfast again, because I have to fallow the diet menu. It was ok, I found a litter bit boring about eat eggs every morning without any bread. Because I didn't ate any carbs at morning so I felt hungry more earlier than before, I made salmon for lunch around 11:30 am, I ate some nuts around 3:00 pm because I felt hungry again. I was so surprise that I feel hungry so fast. So I moved my dinner time 1 hour earlier than yesterday, I had Grilled chicken breast with zucchini, but it not enough for me, I miss rice again. I lost another 0.5 kg today but I am not too exciting about the result.
My experiences of 3 days Atkins diet
I personal think Atkins diet is not fit for my daily diet. First of all, Atkins diet is for people who want lose weight but they do not have suffering by hunger pangs, but I am not fat. Secondly, I do not think it is a healthy diet, because people need essential nutrients by take in variety food, otherwise, people might get health issue by lack of some nutrients.
My advices for people who want to lose weight:
1. Do not moderate eating.
2. Do some exercise every day.
3. Follow the Canadian food guide and keep the food balance.

My thought after 3 days Atkins Diet
I will not keep the Atkins diet in the future not because it is unhealthy, not just want to keeping the happiness by eating any food that I want, it also because I want became a good chef so I need to experience the food's variety.
